Shipping is free over $200! We ship everywhere within the United States. To place an international order, please use our contact form to email us and we can set up a custom invoice & postage for you. International orders are final and non-refundable. 

RETURN PROCESS
Please understand that we are a small local & sustainable business.  New items are released in small batches on a weekly basis. We focus on quality over quantity for our customers. Due to the nature of using leftover fabrics and producing unique pieces in small batches,  our product turnover is about 14 days. 

Items purchased in-store are available for return within 14 days from date of purchase for store credit only. No exceptions. Store Credit expires one year from date of issue

Unfortunately, after 14 days, we are not able to accept the return/exchange. All sale items & items reduced 30%  or more from the original pricing are  FINAL SALE.  

Items must be in original condition to be accepted for return. Items must be un-worn, un-washed with no makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell, or stains of any kind will be accepted. 

Returns can be made in-store or by mail. All returns are for store credit which can be used in-store or online, and the credit will expire one year from issue date. Any new order placed using a return store credit will be final. Multiple returns upon original return credit will not be accepted.

RE:DO is a third-party returns portal that works with us to create a seamless return transaction.  A charge of $1.98 is automatically added to every cart, you do have the option to delete from cart at check out.  This is a non-refundable charge from RE:DO that gives the client 'unlimited returns' for their order at no additional cost. This means RE:DO will provide as many labels per order as needed, without any additional charge from the $1.98 originally charged at checkout.  

If you purchased the $1.98 free returns for store credit + exchange protection at the original time of checkout, there is no additional cost to return the package. You will be able to submit a return for store credit or exchange and receive a pre-paid label through our return center at no additional cost to you. 

The client has the option to remove RE:DO from their cart.  If you did not checkout with Re:Do, you will still go through our returns process like normal and purchase a label through them with discounted shipping rates saving you time and money! 

MAILING A RETURN BACK ON YOUR OWN?
You can ship a return back to us using whatever courier you choose should you not use our return center.
